Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has constituted four new municipal councils in the state ahead of the upcoming panchayat and civic body elections, while the limit of one municipality has been increased. Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupender Singh informed that on the demand of local people, as per the directions of CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan, 4 new Municipal Councils have been constituted by the State Government, including Nagar Parishad Bargawan (Amlai) in Anuppur district, Sarai and Bargawan in Singrauli district, Karrapur Nagar Parishad in Sagar district. At the same time, the boundary of Nagar Palika Parishad Garhakota of Sagar district of the state has been increased. After the increase in the limit, it now includes Magardha and Village Magardha in the areas of Gram Panchayat Magardha, Village Bhordahar of Gram Panchayat Belai, Majhaguwan, Village Ranguwan of Gram Panchayat Sanjra, Village Basari of Gram Panchayat Basari and Village Hinauta of Gram Panchayat Barkhera Gautam. For a long time, the villagers had been demanding the formation of these councils, in view of which Chief Minister Shivraj has taken steps. Recently, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan visited the Statue of Equality of Ramanujacharya in Hyderabad on Wednesday in the wake of the Ramanujacharya Millennium programme. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat had also arrived along with several big sadhu and saints to participate in the Ramanujacharya Millennium Programme held at the Chinna Jiyar Swami Ashram. Due to this, Chief Minister Shivraj explained the meaning of India in Owaisi's stronghold Hyderabad. He said that Hindutva is nationalism. There are no two votes in it. There's no hesitation in speaking this thing. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and Shivraj's wife Sadhna Singh were also present.
