CM Yogi mourns death of former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, says, Its irreparable damage

NEW DELHI: BJP veteran leader and former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley passed away tragically on Saturday. He was admitted to AIIMS Hospital in Delhi from 9th August. He breathed his last at 12:07 p.m. Sunday afternoon. UP CM Yogi Adityanath has expressed deep grief over the death of former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. CM Yogi said that his visit is such an irreparable loss to the country and society.

"I am shocked by the news of the demise of the country's eminent jurist and former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitleyji," CM Yogi tweeted. Jaitleyji was associated with the BJP in his student life, vocal against the emergency and serving Maa Bharati with lifelong positive politics. In another tweet, he said, "Arun Jaitley's demise is an irreparable loss to the country and society which we will continue to realise for a long time." Pray to God to place the soul in his Feet and give the family the power to endure this immense suffering. Om Shanti"

Arun Jaitley was the biggest problem solver of the Modi government. Whenever the Modi Government came into crisis, he strengthened the government's stand. On almost every major issue, he defended the Government. Jaitley was given the status of a Cabinet Minister in the Vajpayee Government. He was then assigned the charge of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and Law.
