Corona's fear: Man washes 14 lakh rupees in washing machine

Corona infection has affected many parts of the world including India. People are taking utmost care to deal with the challenge arising out of this dangerous infection. On getting out of their house, people are also being exposed to physical distance. In the meantime, a case has come up, about which you will be surprised. Due to the fear of Corona, a person washed a large number of notes in the washing machine.

This case is from South Korea. According to local media, a resident of Anson city near Seoul in South Korea, for fear of a corona infection, washed all fourteen rupees into a washing machine to disinfect it. Then put these rupees in the oven to dry, which spoiled and burned a lot of notes.

Everybody knowledgeable about this new methods of disinfecting notes has been shocked. After the notes were damaged, the man went to the Bank of Korea to find out if these notes could be changed for new bills. According to bank officials, the loss was very high. Most of the notes had gone bad. Bank of Korea said that bad and mutilated notes can be exchanged under rules. After which the Bank of Korea gave the person a new currency of $ 19,320 under the rules and some could not be replaced as they were severely damaged.
