Bangalore: There is an atmosphere of tension over the frequent incidents of murder in Karnataka. Meanwhile, the Janata Dal (Secular) has hit back at state CM Basavaraj Bommai's talk of implementing the 'Yogi model'. Former state CM and JDS leader HD Kumaraswamy has said that if this happens, the BJP will be uprooted from the state and thrown out. In fact, Praveen Nettaru, a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party's Yuva Morcha in Karnataka, was recently murdered openly. After this, CM Bommai talked about implementing the Yogi model. Now former CM Kumaraswamy has termed the BJP as a disaster for the state. Along with this, Kumaraswamy has said ''If even a thousand Modis will come to Karnataka, then their model is not going to work.'' Referring to the news of bulldozers related to UP, he also warned the state government. He said, "If they bring that culture to Karnataka, the BJP will be uprooted and thrown out of the state." CM Basavaraj Bommai had on Thursday said that if the situation is demanded, the "Yogi model" of the ongoing government in Uttar Pradesh can be adopted to deal with anti-national and communal elements trying to create turmoil in the state.
