Srinagar: An encounter between police and militants broke out in Rambagh area of Srinagar district of Jammu and Kashmir. During this two terrorists have been piled up and the search operation is going on. The police and the Central Reserve Police Force are at the front. Kashmir Zone Police has said that they are hoping that one of the trapped terrorists is a foreigner and the other is a local terrorist. While giving information, Kashmir's IG Vijay Kumar has said that a Pakistani terrorist named Saifullah and a local terrorist belonging to Lashkar are trapped and the operation is going on. Saifullah was involved in an attack on CRPF personnel in September. In this recent attack on CRPF at Naugam, 2 CRPF personnel were awarded to Virgati. Before this, four terrorists, including a top commander of the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba, were killed in two separate encounters in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. Police said that two militants killed in Kulgam district were identified as members of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), while one of the two killed in Pulwama was identified by top Lashkar commander Zahid Nazi Bhat.
