Lockdown extended till 31 July in Jharkhand, CM announced

Ranchi: Soren government of Jharkhand has extended state-wide detention in the state till 31 July. The government has said that earlier relaxations announced during the period of lockdown will be applicable. During this time neither buses will run in the state, nor will salons open. There will also be a complete ban on assemblies in public places.

It is being told that the Jharkhand government has taken this decision due to the increasing corona patients. Earlier, on 25 June, under Unlock-1, except the Containment Zone, some sectors were given relaxation. On Friday, the government made it clear that the activities which the government had not given respect to, will continue to be stopped further. Devotees will not be able to worship at religious places. Along with social, political, sports, entertainment, cultural and religious activities, the ban will continue.

Schools, colleges, educational institutions, training centres, coaching institutes will also be closed. There will be a complete ban on the gathering of people at the cinema hall, gym, swimming pool, amusement park, theatre, bar, auditorium, prayer house and other places. Inter-state bus services and bus services within the state will also not be restored. Shopping malls will also remain closed.
