80 pieces of young man's body.., Yunus Ansari turned out to be the victim of this massacre

Indore: The Madhya Pradesh Police has solved the mystery of the heinous murder in which the body of a man was recovered in 80 pieces in Dudhmunia forest in February this year. Rewa police on Thursday arrested a 31-year-old man who had killed a 21-year-old plantation contractor and chopped his body into 80 pieces and dumped it in the forest. The arrested accused has been identified as Yunus Ansari. Another accused Sirtaj Mohammad, brother-in-law of accused, Yunus Ansari, is still absconding and efforts are on to nab him, police said.

According to police, 21-year-old Vikas Giri of Chuiya village went missing in 2021. Vikas was the contractor in the plantation program of the forest department. His father had lodged a missing complaint. Rewa Superintendent of Police (SP), Navneet Bhasin informed that in February, some cattle herders found pieces of a body and parts of an Aadhaar card in Dudhmunia forest, so they informed the police. The police went to the forest on February 5 and recovered 80 pieces of the body from there.

The SP said that, after investigating the case for 9 months, the police arrested the accused. Villagers said Giri was seen with Ansari's sister several times. It is suspected that the two also had a love affair. Vikas Giri was also Ansari's business partner. The police questioned Ansari several times, but he did not confess to his crime. The police detained Ansari on November 14 and interrogated him strictly. During interrogation, Ansari confessed that Vikas Giri often used to assault his sister.

One day, Sirtaj and Ansari saw Vikas Giri at their house. After which both of them attacked him with a rod. Vikas Giri died on the spot in the attack. Later, the two accused took the body to the deep forest and threw his pieces. Police have registered a case against Ansari under Section 302 (murder) of the IPC. Let me tell you that this arrest took place at a time when the Delhi Police is engaged in solving the mystery of the Shraddha murder case. In this, an accused named Aftab had cut Shraddha Walker into 35 pieces and thrown them in the forest.
