The woman said she was working in the kitchen the next day after returning to her maternal home. Her husband was in the hall. The woman's mother-in-law and sister-in-law were offering namaz. Because of this, the father-in-law came to her. The father-in-law blamed the daughter-in-law for the dispute in the house. He told that he had gone to a Tantrik and the Tantrik has given him something that will cure everything. The father-in-law said that the Tantrik has told a vidya, according to which, the daughter-in-law will have to eat the father-in-law's half-eaten food for 5 days. Along with this, the father-in-law said that the daughter-in-law will also have to do some obscene acts with him. Due to this, the father-in-law also started doing obscene acts with the daughter-in-law. When the daughter-in-law scolded him, he left the kitchen. The woman told this to her husband, but the husband said that he would talk about it later. The mother-in-law and sister-in-law also did not listen to her and threw her out of the house. Thereafter, the daughter-in-law decided to approach the court. Due to the hearing in the court, the father-in-law refused the charge of doing obscene acts with the daughter-in-law. The father-in-law counter-accused the daughter-in-law of pressuring his son to stay away from the family. The court also examined a witness. The witness said he had spoken to the woman's father-in-law about it. Then the father-in-law said that he had talked to the daughter-in-law about sexual relations with his son. The court observed that the woman knew before marriage that she was going to a joint family. Then the question arises that why would she make such allegations against the father-in-law, which would also harm her character. The court refused to accept the arguments of the offender. The court came to the conclusion that the criminal father-in-law used criminal force on the victim.
