Bangkok: At least 31 people have been killed in a mass shooting at a preschool center in a province in north-eastern Thailand, according to police.

According to local media, the attacker killed his family and himself. The shooting took place while the children at the center were sleeping in the afternoon local time. According to local media, the shooting took place in Na Klang district of Nong Bua Lamphu province.
