Shami will surrender in court as soon as he comes to India from West Indies

Kolkata: Team India's fast bowler Mohammad Shami will surrender in court here after returning from West Indies, trapped in domestic violence case. India's tour of West Indies ended on Monday and Team India will return home in two days. However, Shami has been given 15 days to surrender. Shami was charged with serious charges in the year 2018 by his wife Hasin Jahan and filed a domestic violence case against him. A case under section 498A of the ICP was registered against Mohammad Shami and his brother in this case.

Due to this case, the court of Kolkata has asked Shami to surrender now. On this matter, Haseen Jahan says that all the allegations that I had made on him proved to be true. He was freely spreading dirt in my life. Hasin Jahan had made serious accusations on Shami like illegal relations with other women, rape and domestic violence.

 Shami used to assault her and also threatened to kill her Hasin had also accused Shami of having links with the fixers, after which the BCCI canceled Shami's annual contract. But after being investigated by the board, he proved to be impeccable and again Shami got the contract. The board said it would not take a hasty decision yet.
