Ingredients Mushrooms – 25 Onions – 2 Green chillies – 6 Capsicum – 1 Curry leaves – 1 strand Mustard – ¼ teaspoon Cumin powder – ¼ teaspoon Pepper powder – 2.5 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste – ¼ teaspoon Salt Cooking oil – 2 tablespoon Method Chop the mushrooms and wash them well. Chop the onions, capsicum and green chillies. In a pan, heat oil and sauté the curry leaves, onions. Add green chillies, capsicum and fry for 3-5 minutes In another pan, heat oil add cumin powder and mushroom and fry.
