Know the recipe of Satvik Chaat to eat during fast

It is advisable to eat satvik food of Navratri, if you feel like eating something spicy, then the recipe of satvik chaat is here. 

Required Ingredients:

Paneer - 1 cup Boiled and blanched potatoes - 3 Roasted Makhana - 2 cups Rock salt - as per taste Black pepper - 1 teaspoon Chopped finely - 1 Water chestnut flour - 2 tablespoons Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon Finely chopped coriander leaves - 4 cups Oil - as required

Cucumber pickle sauce

Cucumber - 1 (grated) Rock salt - as per taste Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon Coriander-Mint Chutney - 4 cups Date-tamarind chutney - 4 cups

Method of preparation To make Navratri Chaat, you will first have to make Paneer and Makhana Dumplings, for this, first of all, grind roasted malt and cheese in a grinder. Take out the powdered makhana cheese paste in a bowl. Now in this bowl, add makhana and paneer paste, add potatoes, cottage cheese, water flour, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, green chilli and coriander and mix them well. Now make small rounds in this mixture. Apply oil in your hand and keep it in a plate, making a paste of dumpling. Now take a non-stick pan and add oil to it and let it heat up. When the oil is hot, deep fry the dumpling in the plate. When they are completely fried, ie golden brown, then remove it.

Cucumber sauce Now put grated cucumber in a bowl, add lemon juice, rock salt and mix it well.

Chaat Recipe Now place the dumplings in the plate you want to serve, then you put tamarind chutney and dates chutney in it and serve it by adding cucumber sauce on top. Before serving you can add chopped green coriander and pomegranate seeds if desired, it will also make the chaat look beautiful. Now if you want, you can eat it even after offering it to God.
