Drugs case: NCB summons Razik Chikna, closed one of D Company

Mumbai: The Narcotics Control Bureau has summoned Dawood Ibrahim's aide Razik Chikna last Monday. Razik's brother Danish Chikna was arrested in Rajasthan earlier on April 2. In a joint statement, the NCB and police said that Danish Chikna managed gangster Dawood Ibrahim's drugs factory in Dongri, Maharashtra.

The statement also said, "Drugs were seized from his vehicle. A total of six cases have been registered against him including murder. Warrants were also issued against him in two cases. In fact, a report suggests that Razik Chikna may reach the NCB office in Mumbai to attend the interrogation. If it doesn't come smoothly, the sword of arrest hangs over him. Razik Chikna has been arrested many years ago.

He was arrested by a team of encounter specialists of Mumbai Police during that time. The same month, the NCB arrested Danish Chikana, who runs a drug factory for fugitive Don Dawood Ibrahim, in south Mumbai's Dongri area. A team led by the director of the area Sameer Wankhede arrested Danish Chikna from Rajasthan with the help of local police. In this regard, he said, NCB was on the lookout for Chikna, who ran a drug factory, after conducting several raids in the Dongri area in the last few months. He also said that NCB had also recovered some banned drugs from Chikna's car.
