Picture of Nitish Kumar's minister with Terrorist! Political stir in Bihar

Patna: A picture of a Minister of the Nitish Government with an 'accused' in a terror case in the Phulwari Sharif area of Patna went viral on social media on Saturday. This terrorist belongs to the radical Islamic organization Popular Front of India (PFI). The minister seen in the picture is Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLA Mohammed Israil Mansuri, who recently made headlines after he went inside the Vishnupad temple in Gaya with CM Nitish Kumar, which sparked a major controversy. In fact, the temple authorities do not allow a non-Hindu person to go inside the temple.

The latest controversy erupted when Mohammad Ikram, a coaching centre operator from Madipur in Muzaffarpur district, was seen standing with RJD MLA Mansoori at a public event in the photo. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) had recently raided Ikram's coaching centre and his house in Muzaffarpur in connection with the Phulwari Sharif terror module and seized some documents and a laptop. During the investigation of the laptop, Ikram's picture with Mansuri has been found.

At the same time, when Mohammad Israil Mansuri was questioned in this regard, he said I do not know who is standing with me. When I became a minister in the Bihar government, a lot of people were clicking pictures with me. Many others also took selfies. Some of them even requested that put your hands on their shoulders. It is not possible for me to recognise everyone I meet. I have nothing to do with him.
