Bhoomi Pujan of Ram temple will include 280 people, Guestlist finalized

Ayodhya: PM Modi is going to perform the Bhoomi Pujan for construction of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya on August 5. Due to Coronavirus, only 280 people will be invited to this ceremony. For this, the list of guests has been finalized by the Prime Minister's Office and Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust.

Sources related to the trust, gave information on Saturday, told that 200 people are included in the list of Bhoomi Pujan of Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, while the remaining 80 guests are being invited by the Prime Minister's Office. "PM Modi will be accompanied by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President JP Nadda. Invitations are being specially sent to BJP veteran LK Advani, Dr Murali Manohar Joshi, former UP CM Kalyan Singh, MP CM Uma Bharti, Vinay Katiyar and Sadhvi Ritambhara", states sources.

According to Anil Mishra, a member of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, preference is being given to the leaders who have played an important role in the Ram Mandir movement. Ten families of Kar Sevaks are also being invited to attend the ceremony. It is being told that the names of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Sarkaryavah Bhaiyyaji Joshi, Duv Sarkaryavah Dr Krishnagopal and Dattaji Hosbole and the Executive President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Alok Kumar are also included in this list.
