RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat calls for dialogue on reservation

In Bihar, politics has heated up over the statement of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat on the reservation. More importantly, differences in the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on the issue have been highlighted. IN The NDA, BJP ally JD(U) has joined the opposition grand alliance and its main constituent RASHTRIYA Jd.S in protest against Mohan Bhagwat's statement.

Leader of the Opposition Tejaswi Yadav has questioned the motive behind Bhagwat's statement in the Bihar Assembly and RJD MP Manoj Jha has warned Bhagwat not to play with fire. Meanwhile, JD(U) leader and Bihar government minister Shyam Razak has advised the RSS to stop discussing reservation. The BJP has also reacted strongly on the issue saying that the RSS does not need any certificate. No matter what, no matter what.

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat had said on Sunday that there should be a dialogue in a cordial atmosphere between the people of the opposition and the opposition for reservation. The discussion on reservation gets heated every time. However, it needs harmony in different sections of society.

In his statement, Mohan Bhagwat, an ally of the BJP in the NDA, JD(U) leader and Minister in the Bihar government Shyam Razak has said that the RSS should stop discussing reservation. Whenever it comes to discussion, the Dalits in the country are engulfed by a variety of apprehensions. Shyam Razak questioned the RSS' intention and said that the organization which talks about reservation should first tell how many people are reserved there. The reservation was for the Dalits, but who are the beneficiaries? Shyam Razak said that such discussions should be stopped when the intention is not clear.

The BJP has also reacted strongly to the statement of JDU leader Shyam Razak. BJP leader and MLA Nitin Naveen has said that the RSS works for the development of the country and every section of the society. So nobody snapped anything, doesn't matter. The RSS does not need to get anyone's certificate-

Leader of the Opposition, Pratibha Yadav has said in the Bihar Assembly that the RSS and BJP's intention on the reservation is not correct. Tejaswi has said that the debate is that even after so many years, why 80 percent posts of reserved categories in central jobs are vacant. Their representation is not even indicative. Why is not a single Secretary at the Centre from the OBCs or the Economic Backward Classes? Why is there no Vice-Chancellor from the SC/ST or the OBC?
