The President went on to say that in order to succeed in any sector, a person must first recognise their aptitude and stop comparing themselves to others. She advised women to tap into the limitless power they possess. The president emphasised the importance of both the social and economic facets of women's empowerment when discussing it. She claimed that Jharkhand's diligent sisters and daughters were all capable of significantly enhancing both the state's economy and the growth of the entire nation. The Indian President exhorted the ladies of Jharkhand to grasp their potential, saying, "Recognise your talent and move ahead with confidence."
