Jaipur: Till now, only the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) used to accuse the Congress of Muslim appeasement, but now the general public has also started understanding the game of the Congress and has decided to come out against it. In Rajasthan, 51 Hindu villagers have taken up the land mausoleum in the Deeg Tehsil of Bharatpur to protest against the delimitation by the Gehlot government. Hindu villagers allege that by doing so, the Gehlot government wants to benefit Muslims. Villagers have warned that if the government does not accede to their demands soon, they will jam the railway track. According to the report, the place where the agitating villagers have taken the land mausoleum is located near the Bharatpur-Alwar highway. For the past 16 days, villagers have been protesting against the government's decision, but so far the government or any of its officials have listened. Earlier on June 29, these villagers had staged a chakka jam on the Alwar-Bharatpur state highway, but no conclusion could be reached. The Gehlot government is not taking the name of listening to the villagers. It may be mentioned that the Gehlot government is demarcating 9 panchayats of the Deeg Panchayat Samiti and linking them with the Sikri Panchayat Samiti and Nagar Panchayat. The villagers are opposing this decision of the government. Villagers say that the nine panchayats that are being demarcated are already linked to the Deeg. But, if there is delimitation, Sikri will be very far away. In such a situation, they will have to worry about government work. However, till now, due to the Deeg Panchayat Samiti being nearby, they were able to get their work done easily. Meanwhile, BJP Kisan Morcha state spokesperson Nem Singh, who is spearheading the agitation, alleged that by doing so, the Rajasthan government wants to benefit Muslims. If delimitation takes place, the thana and government offices will take everything out of the reach of the villagers. The protesting villagers say that they are trying to get their demands done in the Gandhian way, but if the demands are not accepted, then a militant movement will be launched.
