Easy recipe to make delicious Sambar Vada Recipe

necessary ingredients:-

For sambar

Toor daal - 100 grams Tomato - 1 Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon Water - 3/2 glass Oil - 2 teaspoons Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida - 1 pinch Red chili - 1 Curry Leaves - 5-6 Green chili - 2 Onion (Chopped Chili) - 1 Tamarind water - 1/2 cup Jaggery - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon (to taste) Samber masala - 1 teaspoon Ghee - 1 teaspoon

For vada

Urad dal - 100 grams Green chili - 2 Ginger (chopped ginger) - 1 inch Curry leaves Coriander leaves Coconut Powder - 1 teaspoon Asafoetida - 1 pinch Rice Powder - 3 teaspoons Salt - (taste recommended) Oil (to fry)

Method of preparation:

First of all wash the gram and put it in the cooker and put tomato and turmeric in it. Then put one and a half glass of water in it and turn it off. And cook it till it takes 5 city. Now put the pan on the gas and put oil in it and add mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves and cook it for a while. Then add green chillies and onions and fry for a while. Then add tamarind water and jaggery and cook till it comes to a boil. Till then open the cooker and mix the dal well. And put the pot in it. Then add water according to your taste and heer add chilli powder and sambar masala to it. Then add salt and a teaspoon of ghee and cook it for a while. And our sambar is ready and

Now we will make it bigger…. First, filter and grind the urad dal. Then take it out in a big bowl and whisk it for 3-4 minutes. Then add green chili, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, coconut powder, asafoetida, rice powder and salt. Then mix it well. Now take it on your hand and make a round ball and pierce it with the thumb. Then put it in a warm pool and roast it to become golden. And our vada is ready. Rinse the vada in water and let it swell for 1 minute. Then squeeze it out of the water and remove it in a plate or bowl. Then pour the sambar over it. And garnish it with a little onion. And our vada is prepared as sambar. Serve it hot.
