Then put one and a half glass of water in it and turn it off. And cook it till it takes 5 city. Now put the pan on the gas and put oil in it and add mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves and cook it for a while. Then add green chillies and onions and fry for a while. Then add tamarind water and jaggery and cook till it comes to a boil. Till then open the cooker and mix the dal well. And put the pot in it. Then add water according to your taste and heer add chilli powder and sambar masala to it. Then add salt and a teaspoon of ghee and cook it for a while. Then add green chili, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, coconut powder, asafoetida, rice powder and salt. Then mix it well. Now take it on your hand and make a round ball and pierce it with the thumb. Then put it in a warm pool and roast it to become golden. And our vada is ready. Rinse the vada in water and let it swell for 1 minute. Then squeeze it out of the water and remove it in a plate or bowl. Then pour the sambar over it. And garnish it with a little onion.
