Chhatarpur: A 13-year-old Dalit rape victim was assaulted at a police station in Madhya Pradesh. It is alleged that the minor rape victim had reached the police station with a complaint where she was forcibly kept in the police station overnight and assaulted. The incident is of Chhatarpur city. At the same time, taking action after this whole incident came to light, three policemen have been sacked. Talking on the matter, a senior police officer said that, 'This incident happened on August 30 and three policemen have been dismissed in this case.' Apart from this, a person named Babu Khan has been arrested on 3 September under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, including the Indian Penal Code, for raping a minor Dalit girl. City Kotwali police station in-charge (SHO) Anoop Yadav, Sub-Inspector Mohini Sharma and Assistant Sub-Inspector Gurudutt Shesha have been sacked on the charge of keeping the same rape victim overnight in the police station and assault. It is being said that after receiving a complaint of rape from the District Child Welfare Committee (CWC), the case has been registered. At the same time, the victim's mother told that, on August 27, the girl had gone out to play outside the house but she did not return. Thereafter, we lodged a complaint about her disappearance the next day. When she returned home on August 30, she said that Babu Khan forcibly took her home with him where he raped her. The victim's mother alleges that we had gone to the police station to register a case where two policemen pressurized the girl to change her statement and beat her up. The victim's mother said that due to this a police officer took me out and beat the girl behind with a kick and belt.
