Varanasi: Photos of PM Narendra Modi cleaning children at a police post in Varanasi's Lok Sabha constituency are fast going viral on social media. In fact, after the water level of the river Ganga in Varanasi has receded, silt and mud have now been frozen on the banks. Wherever there was water logging, wet soil has been frozen. The Dashashwamedh Ghat water police post was also submerged in floodwater. On the other hand, after the water came down, the police have been in a state of turmoil after pictures of several children cleaning mud from a police post on Saturday went viral. In this picture inside the police post, a policeman is putting a chair outside the post and resting. Several children inside the outpost are seen cleaning the bucket. According to locals, the children had gone to the police post to clean up the post at the behest of the police. However, after the photo went viral, the police department is now refusing to talk about children working. After receiving information about the viral picture, jurisdictional Dashashwamedh Preeti Tripathi said that after the photo went viral, Dashashwamedh water outpost in-charge Pramod Pandey was questioned. Pramod Pandey, in-charge of the post, said that we had removed all the belongings from the check post before the Ganga was overflowing. In the photo, there are children of the mallotas of the pier who are playing. No one has been asked to clean the post.
