Recipe: Know how to make delicious Soya Kabab starter at home

It is difficult for a number of people to pass their time in lockdown. There are a lot of things which you can do, including cooking. Today we are going to share with you the recipe of Soya Kebab Starter.

Necessary Ingredients

Soya-2 cup Vinegar - 2 cups Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon Onion - 1/4 Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste Green Chilli-2 Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon To garnish - onion and lemon pieces Oil - As required Water - for soaking soy Coriander Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Method of preparation: Soak soy thoroughly in water before making soya kebabs. After this, grind garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, vinegar, black pepper powder, coriander powder and soya in a mixie. After this keep it like this for about 5 to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, give the mixed soy like a kebab and keep it in a plate. Now heat the oil in a pan and put the kebabs in it for cooking. When both the sides turn brown, then take them out in a plate. Your soya kebab is ready. You can serve it with your favourite sauce or chutney.
