Makhane - 1 cup
Cashews - 20-25

Oil - 2 teaspoons
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Cumin seeds - half a teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Rock salt - as per taste

recipe; Wash and cut tomatoes into large pieces, remove the green chili stalks and wash them. Put tomato green chillies in the mixer jar, add soaked cashews along with them and grind all the things finely. Fry the masala for gravy, heat the pan and add oil to the pan, add cumin seeds when the oil is hot, add asafoetida when the cumin seeds are roasted, add ginger paste, turmeric powder, kasoori methi and coriander powder and fry the spices a little Take. Now add the ground spices, also add red chilli powder and fry the spices on medium flame till oil starts floating on them. As long as the masala is roasted, then roast the spices in between and prepare them, the oil has started separating from the spices, the masala has been roasted. Add 1 cup of water to the roasted spices, add salt, garam masala and a little green coriander and mix. After the gravy comes to a boil, add roasted makhane and cashews and mix, cover the vegetable and let it cook on slow gas for 3-4 minutes. Makhana cashew curry vegetable is ready, very good vegetable is made, take it out in a bowl and garnish the vegetable by adding green coriander or cream on top. Serve and eat Makhana cashew curry with chapatti, paranthas, poori or rice.
