Indore : In the past, due to the outbreak of Corona virus, a health worker who went to investigate suspected people was attacked. According to latest reports, court has refused to grant bail to the three accused of attacking the doctors and staff who took samples of corona infected in Tatpatti Bakhal. The hearing on his bail application was completed two days ago. The court said that there is no reason to grant bail right now.
According to AGP Abhijeet Singh Rathore, in this case, accused Sahvez father Rais his brother Naved, Sajeeb father Abid filed an application for bail. It was mentioned in the application that there is no other crime against the three.
Those who attacked the health worker are originally residents of Indore. He has been in jail for nearly two months after the registration of the case. Bail must be granted with conditions. AGP Rathore took objection that doctors are working in difficult conditions in this phase of transition. In such a situation, the morale of officers, employees and doctors will fall. They should not be given the benefit of bail. It is noteworthy that the Collector had also imposed rasuka against them.
