UP Transport Corporation will fill the vacant posts by June 30, Minister Ashok Kataria gave instructions

Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (Roadways), vacancies from headquarters to depots will be filled up to June 30 with promotion. Work is going on fast for this. Giving information on Monday, Principal Manager of Transport Corporation Headquarters, Atul Bhartiya said that in the review meeting held on 12 June last, Minister of State for Transport (Independent Charge) Ashok Kataria had ordered that till 30 June in the entire state depot. The vacant posts should be filled by promoting roadways personnel.

Atul said that according to his instructions, guidelines have been issued to all the regional managers and service managers of the state to fill the vacant posts with promotion. He informed that all areas will have to send confidential report of roadways personnel by 24 June. For this, a draft has been sent from the Transport Corporation headquarters. There will be 11 types of information in this draft ranging from senior clerk to center in-charge. It will also contain details of confidential entries of the last five years of the employees.

Let us tell you that due to lack of promotion benefits to the employees of Transport Corporation, employees are still working in the same post for many years. In such a situation, the order of getting the benefit of promotion by June 30 is a news of happiness and relief for them. At present, confidential reports of employees are being made in all areas of the state, soon this work will be completed.
