Rahul Raj, convicted for raping a B.Tech student, has been sentenced to death by the court. Judge Anil Kumar's court has pronounced this judgment to convict Rahul Raj. According to the information received according to the sources, tell us that Rahul Raj was convicted by the special CBI court in Ranchi's civil court on Saturday. The court has convicted under sections 302, 201, 376 and 449. After this, the court had set the date of Saturday for sentencing Rahul. The incident of rape of a 19-year-old B.Tech student was done in the township near Booti Mor on 16 December 2016. The accused first raped her, then strangled her to death and burnt the dead body in the room. Apart from this, after two and a half years of this incident, CBI arrested BTech student and accused Rahul Raj in June 2019. After this, the court sent Rahul Raj to jail for 14 days in judicial custody. With this, the charge against Rahul Raj was decided on 25 October 2019.
