Yogi govt approves Parshuram Teerth Circuit, plans to connect 5 important pilgrimage sites

Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh is going to build the birthplace of Lord Parshuram. This will connect five shrines located in different districts. The responsibility for the construction of the Parshuram Teerth Circuit has been entrusted to the PWD department of the province. According to media reports, the centres of faith of Hindus, five Dhams including Naimish Dham, Maharishi Dadhichi Sthal Mishrikh, Gola Gokarnanath, Gomati Udgam and Purnagiri Maa temple which will be interlinked. Along with this, Baba Neem Karori Dham and Parshuram Janmasthali at Jalalabad will be connected to the temple of Purnagiri Mata.

As per the yogi government's plan, the Parshuram Teerth circuit will pass through 6 districts of UP namely Sitapur, Lakhimpur, Pilibhit, Bareilly, and Shahjahanpur, Farrukhabad. At the same time, the length of this circuit is expected to be more than 500 km. In the past few days, PWD Minister Jitin Prasada made several visits to Parshuram Janmasthali for this project. He also held discussions with the Mahant and priests of Parshuram Janmasthali, after which it has been decided to construct the corridor with the help of the NH by taking the opinion of many saints and seers, including the priest of Naimishdham, the priest of Gola Gokarnanath.

On the progress of the project, it has been said that the proposal has also been discussed with Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. The tendering process for some parts of the Naimish has been completed and the work will be started soon as soon as permission is received from the Central Government.
