Lucknow: Even after coming out of jail on bail, Samajwadi Party's (SP) strongman and sitting MLA Azam Khan is constantly in the headlines. Now he has given a statement, about which he has come into discussions. Azam Khan, who once ruled UP with his fingers, is now feeling sorry for not being able to become 'Sikandar'. The pain of the SP's defeat in the UP assembly elections was also reflected in his statement when he said that the government could not be formed. Azam Khan said that, 'Jo Jeeta Wahi Sikandar… Sikandar Toh Hum Hua Nahi, Bandar Ho Gaye.'
Talking to the press, Azam Khan said, 'Sometimes in Rampur court, sometimes in Moradabad, sometimes in Lucknow and sometimes in Mumbai, we have become 'Madari ke Bandar.' Azam Khan's pain also came to the fore during his appearance in the MPMLA court in Moradabad. Let us inform you that Azam Khan came out after serving 27 months in Sitapur jail after being granted bail by the Supreme Court. Azam Khan's troubles are increasing even after coming out of jail. He has to go to Rampur or Moradabad court to attend in some case or the other. In such a situation, when Azam Khan came in front of the press, he took a jibe at the Yogi government of UP in his gestures for all the matters and called himself a monkey.
Let us tell you that a few days ago, the SP leader had claimed that he was getting threats. Citing this, he had demanded the government to provide Z category security. Azam Khan had said that his family is getting threats. The UP government should return their Z security. He had said that there is no justification for the Y category security which is available at present. Let us tell you that during the Akhilesh government of SP before 2017, Azam Khan was chic, and he used to get Z category security. But after the change of power in UP, Azam Khan's security was reduced to the Y category.
