Lucknow: It has been decided to run a bulldozer at the house of Brijesh Prajapati, MLA of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from Tindwari seat in Banda district of Uttar Pradesh. The Banda Development Authority (BDA) has issued a notice and directed to remove the encroachment within 15 days. Otherwise, the development authority will take action to demolish the house. Let us inform that Brijesh Prajapati had left the BJP before the assembly elections and joined the Samajwadi Party (SP) and in the 2022 elections from the SP from Tindwari, he had to face defeat. As soon as the elections were over, the administration started tightening the noose. On March 22, 2022, BDA issued a notice to Brijesh and directed him to present the documents regarding the map of the house by 7 April. Brijesh also submitted many papers by sending a representative in his favor, but could not show any evidence related to the house construction map. The date of April 16, 2022 was taken in the BDA court, in which Brijesh could not show the documents of construction of the house. After this, the BDA court, on Monday, April 18, issued a notice to Brijesh Prajapati, giving him 15 days to remove the house from himself. If this is not done, then action will be taken to demolish the house on behalf of the authority, whose cost will also be recovered from the landlord.
