Jaipur: Recently, 77 newborns have died within a month at JK Lone Government Hospital in Kota, Rajasthan. Where all these babies were up to one year old. When the matter reached Delhi, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot ordered a high-level inquiry. The inquiry committee, represented by IAS officer Vaibhav Galaria, reached Kota on Friday evening. Superintendent of the hospital HL Meena was questioned by the committee. This week 10 newborns died in the hospital within 48 hours. At the same time, the whole staff was engaged in suppressing it by saying that it was natural and normal. However, after the matter came to light, the state government came into action. Transition is being considered as the main reason behind these deaths. Apart from this, hospital equipment is also bad.

According to the information received from the sources, CM Ashok Gehlot said, the lowest number of deaths has taken place in the last six years. Although the death of a child is also unfortunate. But in the earlier years 1500 and 1300 children have died. But this time this figure is 900. Some deaths occur every day in hospitals. There is nothing new in this. Action is being taken.

Om Birla had expressed concern: It is also being said that on this issue, MP from Kota and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said on Friday that the case of untimely death of 10 newborns in 48 hours in a maternal and child hospital in Kota. Is a matter of concern. He said that the Rajasthan government should take immediate action in this matter.

Every day 2-3 newborn deaths occur: For your information let us tell that 2-3 newborns die daily in the hospital. Here six children died on Monday and four on Tuesday. According to sources, five days ago, some children died in the same way. Whole staff had gathered to save them.
