Mumbai: Police arrested 107 employees of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, who protested outside 'Silver Oak', the residence of NCP Chief Sharad Pawar in Mumbai. In the case registered at Gaondevi police station in Mumbai, sections related to conspiracy to commit violence and creating conditions related to riots have been imposed. After arrest, the statements of all these persons have been recorded.

The same NCP workers and leaders are going to take out a silent front in protest against this incident across the state. At the same time, ST employees in Mumbai have once again reached Mumbai's CSMT station to protest. They say they will continue the protest until their demands are met. In view of the announcement of their demonstration, the army has been deployed in huge numbers in public places in Mumbai.

After this incident, CM Uddhav Thackeray spoke to Sharad Pawar on the call. Then discussed with Police Commissioner Sanjay Pandey. He expressed concern and dissatisfaction with the police commissioner about Pawar's security preparedness. After this a high level police investigation was started and a case was registered. Mumbai Police is investigating whether the agitators were instigated as part of the conspiracy. Meanwhile, the police reached the house of the employees' advocate Gunaratna Sadavarte and arrested them. In some time other criminals will be produced in Girgaum court. A case has been registered against them under sections 120-B and 353 of the IPC. It is difficult to get bail in both these sections.
