However, after this news, the police team reached spot. Talking to the CMHO, an ambulance was called and sent to Pankaj, his mother and brother to be sampled. This incident is from 13 May. Pankaj was found infected when the report came out on Friday, but the good thing is that his mother and 4-year-old brother were not found to have the infection. In a way, if Pankaj did not insist and there was a delay in taking the sample, then he too had feared infection.

Rajlkumari went to her maternal home in Maharajpura after lading with her sons Pankaj and Dev from Ahmedabad. On receiving the information, ASHA workers reached there and returned to Gwalior with them. Here all three were quarantined in hotel ambitions. The administrative officer was not taking their samples by citing the guidelines of ICMR. Pankaj lost patience due to not taking the samples for two days and he told his mother that if the samples were not taken, I would jump from the roof of the hotel. In the quarantine center, the staff gave this information to the police and then all the samples were made.
