Bhopal: The third phase of lockdown in the country is going to end on May 17. At the same time, the fourth phase of lockdown has been announced by PM Modi. But what changes will be made in this fourth phase compared to the previous lockdown, it has not been announced by the government at present. In order to relax the fourth phase and complete the action plan during this period, PM Modi had asked all the Chief Ministers of the country till May 15 to print a blueprint of their plans. The rules for the fourth phase of lockdown will be announced only after the blueprint comes from all states. Due to which Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan has also sent his suggestions to PM Modi on Friday. Suggestions of Chief Minister Shivraj: -

Red zone

The content zone will be expanded to a buffer.
No exemption will be available in the container area
Construction work could not be done in the Containment Zone.
Transportation will remain closed.
Bikes, private four wheelers will be exempt.
Home delivery of food will continue.
Private offices can be opened with 33% employees.
Government offices will be operational with 30% employees.
Shops will be open in other places except the container area.
Hotels can be opened to stay outside the container area.
Construction work can be done with 25 laborers outside the Containment Zone.
Crowded offices will remain closed to the public.
Water parks, gyms, simme halls, swimming pools, tourism spots will remain closed.
Religious sites, markets, educational institutions, schools, colleges, anganwadis will remain closed.

Orange zone

There should be no compulsion for the employment of laborers in construction works.

Transport should be started in other areas leaving the container area.
Permission will be available in transport with social distancing.
Public transport will be started.
50% passengers will be in the condition of transport.
Water parks, gyms, simme halls, swimming pools, tourism spots will remain closed.
Religious sites, markets, educational institutions, schools, colleges, anganwadis will remain closed.
A decision can be taken to open a shopping mall.

Green Zone

Activities will be completely normal.
Public transport will be restored.
All shops and markets will open.
Shopping malls can be opened.
Water parks, gyms, simme halls, swimming pools, tourism spots will remain closed.
Religious sites, markets, educational institutions, schools, colleges, anganwadis will remain closed.

Zone definition to be changed
In the Shivraj government, the Center has also been suggested to change the definition of zone. Under which, now the district with 80 percent number of total infected cases of the state will be kept in the Red Zone. Accordingly, Indore, Bhopal and Ujjain will remain in the Red Zone in the state. If the container area falls under the Municipal Corporation, then the areas outside its boundary will be considered as Orange Zone. In addition, districts that have 20 or more cases will remain in the Orange Zone. These will include the areas of Burhanpur, Jabalpur, Khargone, Dhar, Khandwa, Raisen, Dewas, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Hoshangabad, Gwalior, Ratlam, Barwani and Morena. All the areas except the container area of these districts will be called Green Zone. Districts with less than 20 cases will be included in the green zone.
