IPL 13 is to start in UAE from 19th of the coming month. Before 12 years, if we look back at the era of 2008 from where the biggest T-20 cricket tournament named Indian Premier League emerged in Indian cricket, everyone felt that this league will not last that long but -It has been 12 years.

The IPL is currently the world's largest T-20 league of cricket. If a match has the biggest hand in increasing the popularity of the IPL, then it is the IPL inaugural match between KKR and RCB, which proved that the history of IPL will be very long and unique. Significantly, on April 18, 2008, the storm named IPL was entering Indian domestic cricket. The first match of the IPL was between KKR vs RCB. A tsunami named McCullum took the Bangalore bowlers with them to the Chinnaswamy ground. McCullum rained fours and sixes while entertaining the spectators present at the stadium. McCullum made his personal and team's highest score at that time during his Atishi innings. Under which the first match of IPL was recorded in the pages of history. The match played between RCB and KKR is the most memorable match of IPL. Brandon McCullum played a historic innings of stormy 158 runs off 73 balls with the help of 10 fours and 13 sixes. Also, KKR scored 222 runs for 3 wickets in 20 overs. In response to this, the entire team of RCB collapsed for just 82 runs and Kolkata registered a stunning victory by 140 runs in their very first match.
