New Delhi: The new strain of coronavirus in India has started spreading its feet. So far, a new strain of coronavirus has been found in 20 travellers from the United Kingdom to India. Earlier, 6 similar cases were reported from different parts of the country. In the United Kingdom, a new strain of coronavirus has caused havoc. After which India had stopped the flight coming from Britain.

However, all those who have returned from Britain in the last few years are being investigated. Those who are found to be corona infected, by discovering the new strains of the corona, are being scanned by their genome. A new strain of coronavirus was found in a 2-year-old girl in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. The girl's family returned from the UK, after which her parents, including the girl, were found corona infected. However, the new strain is found only in a two-year-old girl.

On Wednesday, cases of new corona strains were reported in labs in Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad. This new strain of corona started spreading from Britain, is 70% more destructive than the existing virus. However, on the very last day, the Health Ministry has assured that the corona vaccine is also effective on this strain, so there is no need to panic. In India, in the last about a month, 30 thousand people have returned from Britain, out of which more than a hundred covids have been found infected. All have been kept in isolation and scavenging is being done.
