39 FIR lodges against BJP leader Sambit Patra after Rajiv Tyagi's death

Jaipur: Congress spokesperson Rajiv Tyagi died due to Heart attack after a TV debate. Now this matter is getting caught up. Regarding this, BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra has been accused of making indecent, casteist and religious remarks on behalf of Yuva Congress in Rajasthan. Along with this, the leaders of Rajasthan Pradesh Youth Congress have filed a case against Patra for culpable homicide.

It is being told that an FIR has been lodged against Sambit Patra at 39 places in 33 districts. The report said that Patra, a TV debater, made indecent, casteist and religious remarks while pointing to a Congress spokesperson. This had a profound impact on Tyagi. He died of a heart attack shortly after that debate. This FIR has been lodged by the President of the concerned District Youth Congress and the Speaker of the Assembly constituency. This case has been considered as a case of non-criminal assassination by the Rajasthan Pradesh Youth Congress.

Congress spokesperson Rajeev Tyagi died on Wednesday after a heart attack. Shortly before the attack, he was involved in a debate on a TV channel. He was taken to a hospital in Ghaziabad when his health deteriorated. Tyagi himself gave information about his involvement in the TV debate through his Twitter account.
