Till now, even in the gift deed in the family, money had to be paid according to the DM circle rate, in which if there is a property of 50 lakhs, then at least 4 lakh 20 thousand had to be spent for it, but now this work is done in only 6 thousand. Will be done. That is, the Yogi government has given a big gift to the families of UP.

However, this scheme has been started as a pilot project now. Initially it will be implemented for 6 months. Later it can be extended further. The decision will result in a loss of about 200 crores to the government. At present, stamp duty is charged according to the DM circle rate. Apart from Uttar Pradesh, the benefit of this facility is also being given in states like Maharashtra, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.
