In Jammu and Kashmir, tremors have been felt in Leh today i.e. on Tuesday. In fact, the intensity of the tremors on the Richter scale was 4.3 and the tremors were felt at around 7.29 in the morning. Let us tell you all that the National Center for Seismology says that the epicentre of the earthquake is being reported to be 186km north of Alchi, i.e. in China. Let us tell you all that people came out of their homes feeling the tremors of the earthquake, however, the tremors of the earthquake were not strong.

So far, no loss of life or property has been reported from the earthquake. Let me tell everyone that this is not the first time, but it has happened before. In fact, the tremors were felt at Diglipur in Andaman and Nicobar at around 02:52 am on the intervening night of Monday-Tuesday.

The magnitude of those aftershocks at that time was 4.4. Not only this, their centre was said to be 147km north of Diglipur. Let us tell you all that the aftershocks of the earthquake are being felt somewhere on the day and this has created fear among the people.
