Bhopal: A major accident took place in Sukhi Sewaniya of Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Here 4 women were buried in the soil due to soil collapse. Two of them died on the spot. At the same time, two women were rescued safely. The district administration has announced financial assistance of Rs 4 lakh to the families of the deceased.  

According to the news received, the work of deepening the pond is going on in Balrampur village of Sukhi Sevenia police station area. On Saturday, women had arrived at the deepening site to collect the yellow soil of painting. The women were digging the soil. Just then, a pile of mud fell on them. The deceased have been identified as Firoza Bi (35), wife of Afzal and Pinky (16). According to the news, two women buried in the soil were rescued safely. At the same time, after this incident, the people of the village have made a big allegation about the deepening of the pond. People in the village say that the deepening was being done without permission.   

Bhopal Collector Ashish Singh said that after receiving the news of the incident, Huzur SDM and Tahsildar were sent to the spot as soon as the incident of soil collapse in Balrampur. An investigation into the incident is underway. The SDRF team is engaged in relief work on the spot for relief and rescue work present on the spot.
