40 injured as bus rammed into tractor-trolley on Yamuna Expressway

Yamuna Expressway: On the one hand corona is wreaking havoc while on the other hand nearly 40 people were injured after a bus crashed into a tractor-trolley on Yamuna Expressway in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The incident took place on Thursday morning when a double-decker bus, carrying at least 40 passengers, crashed into a tractor-trolley near Mathura's Naujheel area.

Local residents and police in the area have rescued the passengers on the bus. And now in India, the daily cases of Covid-19 in India continued to decline although infections in Kerala surged past 20,000 again after three days of relatively low numbers. India reported 35,178 fresh cases on Wednesday, a day after daily numbers had dipped below 25,000 following low testing on Independence Day. The ministry said that active cases have declined to 3,64,129, the lowest in 149 days, and comprise 1.13 percent of the total infections, the lowest since March last year.
