A case has been filed against former Punjab DGP Paramdeep Singh Gill. 45 people have been booked for illegal mining. This step has been taken on the complaint of the District Mining Officer. No one has been arrested after this complaint. According to the information, the complaint of illegal mining in Saini Majra was filed by the District Mining Officer in 2019.
