New Delhi: A fire broke out in a slum near Lal Bagh in Azadpur, Delhi when an LPG cylinder exploded, seriously injuring five people. The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital. Three fire tenders rushed to the spot and relief and rescue operations have been completed.

According to the information received from the police, they have come to know about the fire in the LPG cylinder at number 100 this morning and some people got injured. As soon as the information was received, three fire tenders reached the spot and were engaged in extinguishing the fire.

On the other hand, five people who were injured due to burns were evacuated from there and admitted to the nearby hospital and the fire has been extinguished, the work of cooling it has also been completed.
