Srinagar: The impact of the Taliban regime in Afghanistan and the departure of US troops is also visible in Jammu and Kashmir. India's security concerns have been heightened as terrorists hiding in the Valley are active. According to media reports, intelligence agencies say that at least six groups of terrorists have infiltrated into Jammu and Kashmir keeping in view the larger target.

According to security agencies, there are 25 to 30 terrorists who are being investigated by intelligence agencies. Security agencies are also on alert as 60 boys have disappeared from Jammu and Kashmir valley. According to the report, the men have disappeared in the last few months and are feared to have joined a terrorist organization or the Taliban. Security agencies say that if we look at the ground level evidence, it is found that incidents of violence in Jammu and Kashmir have increased suddenly in the last one month after the Taliban came to Afghanistan.

According to media reports, a senior police officer, while talking to the media, said, "There has been a daily attack for the past one month. Whether it is on the security forces or on political leaders. Police officials say that there has also been an increase in terrorist activities in launch pads where there has been no such stir since the February ceasefire. Security agencies said, at least 300 terrorists have once again camped in camps around the Line of Control (LOC). Security officials said security forces are on full alert.
