Bhopal: Today is the death anniversary of former President Pranab Mukherjee. Let me tell you all that it was on this day (31st August) that the former President of India Pranab Mukherjee passed away. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Home Minister Narottam Mishra paid homage to him on the occasion. In fact, the Chief Minister of the State, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, tweeted: "Humble tributes to former President Of India Shri Pranab Mukherjee on his first death anniversary embroidered with Bharat Ratna. As an embodiment of scholarship, simplicity, and hard work, you will always be in our memories. I had the privilege of meeting and communicating with the venerable Pranab many times, he always suggested to me for the cause of the nation and the public interest. Through his energetic and auspicious thoughts, he will always be in our hearts. Thousand Salutations on death anniversary!"

 

 

He further wrote: "Humble tributes to former President of India Pranab Mukherjee on his death anniversary! He was a political revolutionary. Every moment of his life was dedicated to the progress of the nation and society.'' Apart from him, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra tweeted: "Salutations and humble tributes on the death anniversary of former President Bharat Ratna Pranab Mukherjee! Revered Pranab Mukherjee will always be remembered for his social commitment along with politics. His thoughts will always inspire all of us.''

 

 

Apart from him, Minister Vishwas Sarang has also tweeted. He has written: "Humble tributes to former President of India, honored Pranab Mukherjee Ji on his death anniversary.'' BJP State President VD Sharma tweeted: "An enthusiastic tribute to former President of India, Bharat Ratna, on the death anniversary of the respected Pranab Mukherjee Ji.''
