New Delhi: Corona epidemic cases are increasing rapidly in India and with this, the number of testing is also increasing in the country. On Thursday, the total number of tests for coronavirus in the country has crossed 75 lakh. For the last two days, more than two lakh tests are being conducted in the country every day. One of the reasons for the rise of Coronavirus cases is the number of fast-growing tests in the country. Now Delhi and Tamil Nadu are the states where more than 18 thousand tests are being done every day.

Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh are also doing about fifteen thousand tests daily. According to the latest data, almost a million tests have been done in Tamil Nadu. After that Maharashtra has the highest number of nine lakh Tests. In relation to testing in the country, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra are followed by Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat. India has become the fourth country in the world in terms of testing. So far in the world, America and Russia are countries that have done more than one crore tests. There have been more than 20 million tests in America. Whereas Britain and then India comes in fourth place.

So far, one thousand labs have been set up in the country by ICMR, while the next target is to do three lakh tests every day in the country. If we look at the total cases of coronavirus, then about five lakh cases have been registered in the country and about fifteen thousand people have lost their lives.
