Patna: The coronavirus outbreak in Bihar has been steadily increasing. On Sunday, a record 85 infected cases were reported in a single day in the state. The number of corona positive patients have crossed 700. With the return of migrant people in Bihar, there has been an increase in corona cases.

Bihar government said that 1,100 random tests were carried out in passengers on trains from Nandurbar, Delhi, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad, of which 44 have been found infected. Random sampling of about 1,000 migrants is being done daily in the state for the past one week. These areas are being focused, which are coming from the Red Zone.
