9 rebel MLAs of BJP may join Samajwadi Party

Lucknow:The change of the face of leaders of political parties has intensified since the announcement of the uttar pradesh assembly elections schedule. Nine Bjp rebels are said to be MLA join the Samajwadi Party (SP) today. In fact, on Thursday itself, dharam singh saini, a state AYUSH minister and MLA from Nakud assembly constituency in Saharanpur, mukesh verma, MLA from Shikohabad in Firozabad and awasthi Bala Prasad, MLA from Dhorhara in Lakhimpur, had left the party.

According to media reports, Apna Dal MLA Amar Singh Chaudhary, who is running the government with the BJP in the state, had also resigned from the party and met SP chief and former CM Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday. After which it is believed that he may also join the Samajwadi Party. So far, three Bjp ministers have resigned from the government and the party in the state.

Dharam Singh Saini Yogi is the third minister to resign from the cabinet. Earlier, Swami Prasad Maurya and Dara Singh Chauhan had resigned from the Yogi cabinet and levelled serious allegations against the government. So far, nine BJP MLAs have resigned. Political experts say the BJP has already made it clear that many sitting MLAs are going to get their tickets cut in this election, so now leaders are holding the hands of other parties in the hope of a ticket.
