 On Sunday, M. Venkaiah Naidu, the Vice President of the country will soon pay a visit to the Chief of Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), M. Karunanidhi who is undergoing treatment at the Kauvery hospital in Chennai.
 DMK chief, Karunanidhi was hospitalized urgently after he suffered a drop in his blood pressure previously.

M. Karunanidhi has also been the chief minister of Tamil Nadu. As per the recent news, he is stable in terms of health and is under medical support and supervision.

Dr. Aravindaran Selvaraj, the Executive Director of Kauvery Hospital, in his recent address, informed that his team has been taking good care of the former CM. He asserted that the DMK Chief is being continuously monitored and treated by the panel of expert doctors in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Kanimozhi, the daughter of M. Karunanidhi and also Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament (MP), on Saturday, said that her father’s health was improving.

 

She affirmed, "Karunanidhi's health condition is now better and his blood pressure is also stable."
The former CM of Tamil Nadu was also visited by Banwarilal Purohit, the Governor of Tamil Nadu and Ghulam Nabi Azad, Congress leader.  
Karunanidhi has been suffering a urinary tract infection and was previously being treated at his Gopalapuram residence in Chennai.
