Rahul Aware defeats Steven Takahashi 15-7 in men's 57kg freestyle. That's a second medal in wrestling today for India after Babita Kumari's silver finish earlier in the day. India add a third medal in wrestling as Kiran beats Katouskia Pariadhaven on technical superiority. She takes bronze in the women's freestyle 76 kg.

Indian wrestlers 57 Kg categories Rahul Aware and Sushil Kumar entered the finals of their respective categories in the men's freestyle competition at the 21st Commonwealth Games (CWG). Rahul Aware, appearing in his first CWG in the men's 57 kilogram category, did well to qualify for the summit clash in style.
