New government in Nepal to form today, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba resigns

In Himalayan Nation Nepal, the much expected new government under Left Alliance is likely to be formed soon.

Dr. Ayodhyee Prasad Yadav , The Chief Election Commissioner of Nepal submitted   recently concluded end results of parliamentary elections to President Bidya Devi Bhandari in Kathmandu Wednesday night. Now the Hilly nation will pave the way for the formation of a new government.

Prime Minister of Sher Bahadur Deuba is submitted his resignation on Thursday.

The Left Alliance of CPN (UML) and CPN (Maoist Center) had registered substantial win in the historic parliament and first ever local assembly elections. This Poll had conducted on November 26 and December 7 last year.

In 275 member House of Representatives, the lower house of parliament, the Left Alliance nabbed about two-thirds majority by  claiming a win over  174 seats. The ruling Nepali Congress got only 63 seats.

For the meantime, CPN(UML) Standing Committee has nominated party Chairman KP Sharma Oli for Prime Minister post of Nepal.

Oli is likely to stake claim on Thursday. The left alliance partner CPN (Maoist Center) will prop up his claim.

Recentally EAM Sushma Swaraj visted to KP Sharma Oli and assured Nepal for further bilateral ties between both nation.
